CASUAL STAFF
The school employs casual teachers in cases where permanent staff are absent. This may occur on a day-to-day basis where staff may be ill or attending professional learning courses, as well as for longer blocks of work. These longer blocks of work could arise in cases of long term illness, long service leave, maternity leave or unfilled part-vacancies on staff. Casual teachers are employed in their given subject areas where possible.
Teachers wishing to be considered for casual work at the school need to submit (post, fax or email) an application to the school. This application must include:
- DET (NSW) approval to teach (copy thereof)
- subject areas willing to teach
- availability
- contact details
